Great location by the Nile! The views from my room were stunning. Breakfast was nice, and I appreciated the to-go breakfast boxes for early tours. The staff were really helpful in organizing activities and providing tips. Overall, a solid stay for sure! 🌊

My stay was absolutely delightful! The room had a breathtaking view of the Nile, and the personalized service from staff like Mohamed Boshra made my experience unforgettable. This place had a nice charm to it and the staff were super friendly! Mohamed Boshra really stood out, helping us discover yummy local spots. Our room was spacious, and the views of the Nile? Stunning! The only thing was the noise from the street—it could get a bit loud at times. The restaurant had some good options too!

after spending two unbearably hot nights with non-functional ac, I later found the balcony door barely closing. oh, and I would’ve expected complimentary water—nope! instead, I was charged for every bottle. almost wrote a good review but just couldn’t!

This place suits me perfectly, providing free wi-fi in public areas, 24-hour reception, and cots. On my first stay, the staff helped me find my lost barrette, which I remember fondly. I recommend this hotel for a hassle-free experience.

I was extremely frustrated with the lack of WiFi in the room. it was only available in the reception area. Additionally, there was no shower gel in the bathroom, and it took 45 minutes for them to replenish it while I waited. The breakfast options were terribly limited and of poor quality, and I had to knock on the staff door just to get service.

The location is fantastic! 🏙️ I loved the view of the Nile from my room. However, the lack of lifts was a pain for getting to the 4th floor.

staying at philae hotel was a great choice. the location is perfect, right across the street from the ferry to elephantine island. the cheerful young man at reception went above and beyond, arranging a breakfast box for us since we had an early start. i also loved that the breakfast options were enough to serve as lunch later on.
